Chief Executive Officer

Mark Prifogle has served Grandview Pharmacy for over 9 years in a variety of capacities in both retail and long-term care pharmacy settings, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director. He holds a B.S. in Psychology from Indiana University and the Health Administration Certificate from Martin University. He recently completed the Comprehensive Health Facility Administration residency with Hickory Creek Healthcare Foundation and has an Indiana license pending.

In 2006, he received the National Institute for Pharmacy Care Outcomes Community Aging, Assisted Living and Long-Term Care Accreditation. Mark was honored in 2008 by Cambridge Who’s Who Among Executives, Professionals and Entrepreneurs.

He is active in the National Community Pharmacist Association, American Society of Consultant Pharmacists, Indiana Pharmacists Alliance, President of the Indiana Academy of Pharmacy Technicians, Indiana Health Care Association Clinical/Regulatory Committee and the Indiana Association for Homes and Services for the Aging Education Board.
